HOW CAN WE BE SURE THAT THIS IS HEALTHY FOOD?

It was the father of medicine - Hippocrates, who wrote about the benefits of sauerkraut back in the 4th century BC! In the period of great geographical discoveries, seafarers got sick during many months of voyages. It was then noticed that eating sauerkraut could help. Once the barrels with this vegetable got loaded onto the ships, the problem with scurvy, a disease caused by lack of vitamin C, disappeared.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT FOR FERMENTED FOODS TO BE ORGANIC?

In our opinion, not only fermented but all processed vegetables, legumes and cereals should be organic as they contain much higher amounts of biologically active compounds. Research shows that with many synthetic plant protection products used in agriculture, fermented or processed vegetables that are industrially grown may contain toxic substances.
